4. Made-to-Order Products

Our products are generally made to order and production begins after an order is placed.

Because each item is produced for a specific order, cancellations, changes, returns, and exchanges may be limited after production begins. Please review our Refund and Return Policy before purchasing.

5. Prices and Payment

Product prices are displayed on the website or at checkout in the applicable currency. Shipping charges, taxes, duties, and other applicable fees may be added at checkout or charged by the destination country.

We may change prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes do not affect orders that we have already accepted, except where a clear pricing or technical error has occurred.

Payment must be authorized at checkout. You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted with your order.

6. Orders and Order Acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase products from us. Receiving an order confirmation does not necessarily mean that we have accepted the order.

7. Order Changes and Cancellations

We will try to accommodate your request if production has not started. However, changes and cancellations are not guaranteed once an order has entered production.

8. Shipping and Delivery

Production and delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Shipping may be affected by product availability, production capacity, carrier delays, weather, customs processing, incorrect addresses, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Please review our Shipping Policy for information about delivery locations, estimated timeframes, tracking, customs charges, lost packages, and failed deliveries.

9. Returns, Replacements, and Refunds

Returns, replacements, and refunds are handled according to our Refund and Return Policy.

Because our products are made to order, non-defective products are generally final sale unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
